Aria Reserve is Melo Group's pair of 62-story towers on the bay in Edgewater, designed by Arquitectonica. The South Tower was delivered in 2025 and the North Tower was in its final stage in 2026, so this is now a building you can walk through, not a rendering.
Buying in a completed tower works differently from pre-construction: you buy a specific residence from the developer's remaining inventory or from an owner, and you can see the view from the actual floor. We follow the building closely and can tell you the same day what is available.
