The Residences at Mandarin Oriental
Swire Properties is replacing the original Mandarin Oriental on the tip of Brickell Key with two towers by Kohn Pedersen Fox: a residential South Tower and a North Tower that brings the hotel back, with residences above it. Mandarin Oriental manages the building, so the service is the hotel's own.
Brickell Key is a small private island reached by one bridge from Brickell, and this is its most prominent site, with the bay on three sides. We follow the project closely and can send floor plans and current pricing the same day you ask.
